Mr. Wendy Pierre has joined The BAWONS Organization as the Managing Director of BAWONS Properties after successfully leading the Multi-Housing Group of the largest commercial real estate company in Palm Beach County.
Mr. Pierre specializes in marketing, advising, and financing of commercial properties throughout South Florida. He excels at negotiating complex real estate transaction while ensuring maximum value creation at balanced risk. His client-centric approach and strong work ethics enable him to build lasting relationship with investors, landlords, and lenders. Mr. Pierre takes great pride in developing mutually beneficial relationship with many of his creative real estate solutions. His proprietary databases of deep capital along a tailored network of creative advisors repeatedly deliver strong value. His leadership skills and market expertise has enabled him to be an effective dealmaker in South Florida by matching specific properties with local, out of state, and foreign investors.

Luke Mauger has joined BAWONS Properties as a Director in the Multi-Housing Group after a successful tenure as a Multifamily Specialist at Kidder Matthews in California. Luke specializes in multifamily properties in South Florida and investment sales throughout Florida. Prior to joining BAWONS Properties, Luke excelled at creating real value for his clients and developing relationships by delivering great deals to his sophisticated network of investors with deep capital searching for market opportunities.
As a South Florida native, Luke uses his client-centric approach that combines market expertise with his proprietary networks to deliver comprehensive market analysis and create real value for his clients with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity. Luke gained his passion for real estate through his family’s multi-generational businesses of developing, renovating and managing both multifamily and hotel assets in Washington, Oregon, New Jersey, and New York. Luke graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Economics. Mr. Mauger enjoys spending his free time outdoors in the beautiful South Florida sunshine either at the ocean surfing or out on the golf course.
